CREATE YOUR OWN HOME STUDIO

Create a practical and inviting exercise and self-healing space in your own home, so your practice becomes part of your daily ritual.

While I've been known to get pretty creative making props out  of clients' towels, soup cans, and other household items, it's nice

to have a good arsenal of toys to aid and inspire you. Here are some of my favorites:                        (CLICK titles for links)

Longer, wider, and thicker than most

    mats.

    Phthalates free PVC closed-cell foam.         5/8" x 39" x 72"

A narrower and thinner option.

No latex, PVC, phthalates or chloride.

3/8" x 23" x 72"

     Provides therapeutic fascial release,

and great for core stability training.              Moisture and bacteria resistant EVA

     closed-cell foam.

     36"L x 6" diameter

Great for alignment, stability, core strength and flexibility.

Burst-resistant material.

Latex, PVC, Phthalates, and Chloride free.

55cm 4'8" to 5'3"
65cm 5'4" to 6'0"
75cm 6'1" to 6'7"

My favorite versatile ball, easily adjusts       to optimum inflation for any exercise.

Great for intensifying core challenge,           and a variety of other uses.

  Latex-free, hypoallergenic vinyl.

  9.5" fully inflated.

For self-massage and release, provides     deep muscle penetration without aggravating soft tissue.

Approximately 4" in diameter.

Latex- and phthalate-free.

Rolls away tension along the spine, legs, neck, and shoulders to release stress and tightness.

Approximately 6.25" L x 3.75" diameter

Latex and phthalate-free

Great self-massage tool, espcially for your hard to reach neck and shoulders.

Adjustable, and comes apart for easy travel.

Disclaimer:   You may not be the only one

                        who loves your toys . . .

CLEANING TIP:

I clean my props and equipment with

a solution of water and several drops

of tea tree oil mixed in a spray bottle.

It’s chemical free, anti-bacterial, and I like the fresh scent. You can also mix

a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Never use harsh chemicals.
